If been working with realtor **** Eldestein from Roadside about a location for over 4 months now. Ive signed an LOI and when I received the l lease I came back with multiple question including how much the property tax would be (I asked for this multiple times and not once has he ever addressed any of my questions. He sent me the lease expecting me to sign and I asked him to resend the email with the property tax which he DID NOTand I already planned on moving in and **** told me another business similar to mine wanted to move in so I better sign fast which I did with bo real numbers on the lease. The lease was not signed by anyone else and while I asked to do this in person, it was all done online so they dont even have my signature. After that they asked for tax documents to check my credit which should be done before a lease is signed? I sent that paperwork over immediately and within the hour, I was notified that someone checked my credit and in doing so, two of my bank accounts were compromised, someone tried to increase a limit on one card from *********** while my other ***** card already was already being used to purchase items which Im still working with the bank to get my money back. I had to lock my credit report and on top of this, I have not heard anything since Thursday (emailed and texted with no response) and was told by Mr. ********* that I would be able to meet with a contractor this week to talk about the buildout. I want to move into the new space but Im terrified by whats going on and either want this resolved or I want out of this sketchy situation. I also heard roadside is in some sort of situation with a church in our **** beighborhood in ** and the people that go to that church are very much against the company and Im starting to see why.
