    On September 30th, my husband placed an order on Grazie Grazie's website for delivery to our home. The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes or less. The food delivery was never received. There was no way to track the delivery order online, so it is unclear if Grazie Grazie even attempted delivery, delivered to the incorrect address, or had some other issue. The address listed on our order confirmation is correct. I attempted to call the restaurant and filled out their online contact form the day of expected delivery. Their phone number rings once and then says their voicemail box is full. Their online contact form supposedly sends feedback to them, but nobody reached out to me to follow up. The restaurant was not unexpectedly closed, as I have since tried their phone number many times with the exact same result. I found an email address listed for contact on their instagram page. The email was immediately returned as undeliverable. They do periodically respond to public instagram comments I can see from others, but they did not respond to my direct messages. I can see from the other comments that this inability to contact them, and complete lack of response, is not limited to me. The credit card charge is still on my bill. If they were unexpectedly closed and forgot to turn off their online orders, they did not bother to refund any payment received from me or other customers. They are just keeping this income with no way for customers to reach them or attempt to receive a refund. I find their practices deceitful, in bad faith, and unacceptable.I would like this business to issue a refund of the money that I paid to my original form of payment. I'd also like them to not offer delivery on their website if they will not fulfill orders. They should provide methods of contact that they plan to respond to, and eliminate any advertised methods of contact through which they cannot be reached (online form, phone number, email address, or direct message). Thank you.

    Hello,

    I was able to obtain an additional email address for a manager at Grazie Grazie. The email is ****@graziegrazie.com. I actually received a response from the email address, and he refunded the payment method, but did not address any of the other major issues I had working with their business. I followed up again and still didn't receive a response. I still believe the business is taking money from consumers without delivering the product or providing a reasonable way to contact them.
