    was scammed and defrauded and along with that was never given the reimbursement that has long been over due? And where her staff and the doctor were fully aware that she got double paid? Especially from my insurance company;(***** Insurance;(1-************-claims department) also where the claim was paid thirt day ago back in the month and the date of august and I was never given that information because I was supposed to be less intelligent ? Here are the information first from my insurance marking the claim number the check number wheren her office got paids? and where the claim that show that she out and out lied about what she charged for the prescrition of;**************-Sun-Screen +SPF50+Cream and if you go online you can see that her office was paid? This was DELIBERTLY DELIBERTLY DONE? BY HER WHOLE STAFF INCLUDING HER AS A SO CALLED MEDICAL DOCTOR? THE CHECK NUMBER is (********) claim number once again are;(************) and once again you can check the payment online at;my claims ***** .com And know to get to my proof of payment that I never received? (Yolanda Holmes;MD,PC. 1737 20th st nw, lower level Washington DC 20009-1104/Medical billing name of person;(*********/date of out of pocket payment again where her office received two payments delibertly charged? on;(8/22/2022)n the amount of;($90.00) at;(2;30-pm-4:30pm) made by my visa debit card from *******-(************)where withdrawal of payment made from my **** card on;(8/22/2022 the medical approval codes are;(******) I do know again for the last time stateing this her whole staff delibertly with intent to deceive and perform fraudulent and scam types of wrong information and misleading to claim that she paid me? If you want copy or I can send you the receit of the payment that would be fine with me? I will be sending by email from my cell phone which you can blow up the receit showing that what I paid in full as to what lies she will be trying to show and prove? Peace?
