    Excellent job! Stayed connected until the event (and he was booked far in advance), secured song list and played all of the favs. Well mannered, engaging, hyped up the crowd and made everyone feel welcomed. I would definitely hire Calvin and his team again. Fair price, especially for the level of service.

    Gary and his team were EXCEPTIONAL! He made sure our ceremony and reception were tailored to our needs. Him and his team had our entire wedding party on the dance floor all night. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! Everything was just perfect! These guys know exactly what they’re doing. Thank you for making the evening even more fun than we imagined!

    Gary was the contact person and the email communication was great. He answered promptly and answered all questions I had. I knew exactly what to expect and they went above and beyond expectation.
    On the day of my daughter's Sixteeñera event, Jon & Damaris were running the booth! THEY WERE AWESOME! So personable, fun, easy to talk to - they really made the photo booth experience even better. All the guests had so much fun at the booth. I loved their interaction with us because it made us feel like we were not just "a job" they were doing. We will definitely use MNE Events again.

    We booked MNE Events for our wedding and went with their full package—photography, videography, DJ, and photo booth—and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire team was responsive, professional, and so easy to work with.
    Gary, the owner and our MC, was incredible. He kept me informed every step of the way and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire planning process. He made sure everything ran smoothly and helped keep the energy flowing on the big day. Joe and Quan were amazing behind the camera—so kind, patient, and truly talented. They captured our day beautifully and made us feel completely at ease. And DJ******* brought the party! Our guests danced all night and haven’t stopped talking about how great the music was. The photo booth was also a huge hit and added an extra layer of fun to the reception. We are so grateful to Gary and the entire MNE Events team for helping make our wedding day unforgettable. We’ll absolutely be recommending them to everyone we know!

    Calvin was the dj at my wedding and he was amazing. Very professional and song selection was great. Everyone danced and had a great time! I would 10/10 recommend all over again!

    Calvin did  our senior prom and the students loved it! He did a great job using student requests and mixing in other popular songs. His set up was quick and looked great. We also utalized the photo booth which the students loved! I cannot recommend him enough!

    Calvin was our DJ for our 8th grade Semi-Formal this past Spring. I cannot say enough good things about his services. He was super affordable and within our school's budget. He was able to balance keeping the party going and the energy level up, while still keeping the song selection appropriate for Middle School. The students (and staff) all had a great time! I would highly recommend Calvin Carter for your next event. I look forward to working with him again this upcoming school year. Also, it goes without saying that he was prompt, on time, and extremely professional!

    I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a live set by DJ C Smooth, it was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment they took control of the decks, the energy in the room was electrifying. We had the pleasure to have Calvin ( DJ C Smooth) as our DJ and he effortlessly blended genres, creating a unique and immersive soundscape that kept the crowd on their feet all night long.
    Each transition was smooth and seamless, showcasing the DJ's deep understanding of music and rhythm. DJ C Smooth has an uncanny ability to read the crowd, dropping the perfect track at the perfect moment, which kept everyone engaged and wanting more.
    The set was a journey through different tempos and moods, from high-energy bangers that had everyone dancing, to soulful beats that provided a moment of introspection and connection.
    But it’s not just about the music; DJ C Smooth has an infectious stage presence that draws the audience in. His passion for what he does is evident, and it resonates with everyone in the room. The way he interacts with the crowd, hyping them up and creating an inclusive atmosphere, makes for an unforgettable experience.

    Our middle and high school has used MNE Events with Calvin Carter countless times and can confidently say that he is AMAZING! Prom, dances, field day, graduations and sporting events to name a few. His DJ skills have helped us set the tone for positive vibes and hype up the crowd- and we all know how kids age 11-18 can think they are too cool for dancing. His photo booth setup is great and there are many options for backgrounds, printed picture formats and props. The open background is great to get a large number of people in the photo which is a huge plus. The 360 photo booth with rotating camera is also a huge crowd favorite and the photos come out awesome. We highly recommend him for ANY of your DJ and photobooth needs- he will 100% deliver.
