    new beige colorized concrete pool deck was installed in July of 2024 by Julian pool decks. Second concrete truck delivery was late as this was told to us by Julian which caused dark streaks and blotches on several sections of the concrete deck. Brown blotches have also now appeared on the deck due to the poor mixing of the concrete. Pool deck now has to be darker stained and sealed to eliminate and cover the dark streaks/blotches to make the pool deck uniform in color. We were told by Julian last summer that the spots and streaks would disappear once the concrete had cured. Julian told us that it could take months to a year and that he would come back to check on the deck every so often and definitely by April of this year. We have contacted him this April sending photos of the deck. After many tries to contact by text he finally responded that he would come in a few days and he never showed up or texted us again.
