    I made multiple purchases for the event ******* *** in *************. The event was March 8-10 2024. I purchased a 3 day ticket,a photo op,and a panel ticket. I spent hours in line to get into the building,no water stations were available,it was overcrowded could not move. I spent over 4 hours in line waiting for parts of the event just to be told that they had oversold tickets to meet people and they would just have us wait without saying anything aboutbeing sold out in advance. All events I was scheduled to see were delayed and shortened by a significant amount of time, specifically the **** **** panel I paid additional money to attend did not even run half of the scheduled time.The event said they take no responsibility in the management of the panels and they do not deal with refunds. It was a horrible experience and I just want a refund for the actual event and the panel. I do not want the photo op refunded as I received what I paid for the photos.

    Ms. ***** raised her concerns with our team on March 10, 2024. As was explained to Ms. ***** in detail via email over the period of March 14, 2024 through March 27, 2024, there were water fountains at all bathrooms, we cannot guaranty the run time of any celebrity panel, and the paid panel was managed by the celebrity guests’ management, and therefore we have no ability to provide a refund. Despite these reasonings, we want to ensure our guests ultimately enjoy their experience, and we offered Ms. ***** a Sunday badge for ******* *** 2025 on March 26, 2024 in consideration for her troubles, which she accepted via email that day. We consider this matter resolved.
