    I purchased a rifle over the internet site *** ****** in which Statewide Pawn LLC was the seller, the seller did not provide the rifle and did not issue a refund. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this and request a refund.

    The firearm was on hold while the state cleared the firearms when the firearm was cleared we contacted the customers  *** with no response on March 14th 2024 multiple attempts were made to contact the *** after March and we didn’t hear back from any of them so in November of 2024  the firearm was sold to cover the storage. Our policy is we only hold guns for 60 days we held his firearm for 7 months and then we had to sell it to cover the cost of the storage.

    We purchased a used generator knowing that the battery needed charged. No other problems stated by the pawn workers and that we could contact them if there was any problems. Got it home the choke switch was missing. We ordered the part after they said they would get us one. Charged the battery, filled it with gas put the choke switch on and it wouldn’t start. Contacted them. They said to bring it back and they will take a look at it. We have been to the store four (4) times and the manager is never there and will not communicate with us. Now they have the generator and our money ($1,010.00).

    . This business used pure emotions to deny my firearm transfer and the managers anger issues caused these issues. This is my experience at this place. I’ve bought my first gun here, no issues with it, so I thought I’d send my *** firearms here because the kid who sold me it was a nice guy. So my gun was delivered at my *** (STATEWIDE PAWN SALEM) Monday from ******** and he told me he was too busy and to come back later, I call back and he says come back tomorrow to pick it up, I come back the next day and they say “oh it wasn’t shipped with *** paperwork” I get them the paper work in 5 minutes and they go “actually the lady who can verify this isn’t here today come back tomorrow”, I call back tomorrow when the lady is there and they go “oh it’s blurry” and I get the *** info sent again and then suddenly when I resolve that he’s taking inventory and cannot give me a date when I can pick up my gun (ALL I WANTED WAS AN ESTIMATED TIME) I get annoyed because he’s calling me mad and laughing at me on the phone, saying I left a false review, i call him not professional for laughing at a customer and now he’s refusing to do my transfer and making me pay $120 to ship it back to ********. He’s threatening to sue me for defamation because he thinks I left a bad review on google or yelp and that he tracked my IP address which I find rather amazing. ******** said they can’t help me because they sent over the *** and said it was clear as day. Just a ****** situation. I’ve been there 4 times and it seems to be a new excuse for each time, my firearm is ** legal and has no reason to be rejected from a transfer. I understand I called him unprofessional but I feel like that’s not grounds to cancel my firearm or accuse me of defamation and bringing me to court. The manager seems to be on a short fuse when spoken too. They have a 60 day unclaimed gun policy where (I BELIEVE) they can claim the gun if left in store. I think that is coming into play here.

    Purchased a gun off ************* from a second party *** ******! Paid that night to *** ****** seller!! Waited over a week and never received the merchandise! Email *** ****** after a week passed to see what was the hold up! He claimed that *** he was waiting for but it was already addressed in the sales slip!

    I had the run around for over 90days now and I still have no got a refund of my money! Yes I connected my credit card company but I'm still waiting for him to credit my card back!

    GunBroker has a policy to protect there customers but I am passed the date I need to file with them!
