    I called this company due to a refrigerant leak. They charge about $165 to diagnose my issue. Then they quoted me almost $2800 to do a rebuild of all fittings and leak test all of the equipment. I TIGHTENED THE FITTINGS MYSELF AND THE LEAK STOPPED.

    Absolute Air Services received this customers request via the BBB Find a Contractor request portal. We contacted the customer and provided our process and cost to respond. Customer agreed to the fee and booked a service visit. We did a diagnosis as promised and determined the issue and quoted the repair. The customer is under no obligation to accept the quote and have Absolute Air provide the repairs. If customer was able to provide the repair himself, we cannot speak to this repair or if this repair did fix our diagnosed issue. Customer did contact us with his dissatisfaction and was promptly refunded his money for the cost of the service visit.

    The moral of the story is: You wanted to charge me almost $2800 to fix a leak which I fixed myself with a wrench. I then hired another company to verify my work. The other company charged my about $260.

    Excellent customer service. Honest, friendly and polite. Fixed my heat (furnace) in a timely manner. Young man, Carson, cleaned up area when he was done. Very nice young man.

    Had CA installed by Absolute Air about 15 years ago (they did a great job then) and needed to replace it this year. I got a couple of quotes but chose to stay with AA because of their service, team support/expertise over the last 15 years, and products. Their team again did a great job, provided all the info I needed (and I usually have a number of questions for their technical folks) , and were very good about noting any manufacturer rebates and/or federal credit, if applicable. I got the final town inspection sign off today, as expected.
    My experience with AA has been very good. I find that they are responsive and work with you to meet your needs, both in equipment and financials, which was the case with both my first and second install with them.

    Had an emergency situation with burning wires smell and buzzing sound. I panicked thinking it was my AC. The odor and noise were coming from that area. Kevin showed up. Checked all out. Discovered it was not AC at all. It was wires and door bell chime box right near AC. He not only corrected it. He followed all wires and disconnected them so I would be safe as I asked. After just losing my beloved husband. This above and beyond house call was a blessing. I, could not be more confident in Absolute Air. Thank you
