    The contractor promised that the project would be completed in 4-6 weeks- back in Oct, 2024. I have paid every step on time, the inspectors have been efficient with their timing. Many weeks have gone by without any workers or any contact from the lead project manager (Jay Lococo). I attempt to call him and/or text him with updates. Rarely, he replies and if so with very general info. This is an addition to my elderly parents house - for them to live their remaining months/years in their house- but this extended and disrespectful work by this contractor is causing more distress than ease.

    The contractor did not complete the job as promised- (nor as the contract stated). He is unreliable - since he was not consistent with his presence nor communication nor the timing of the job. He is unprofessional - but threatening me to 'rip out the shower' if I didn't agree to his new demands.  We asked - and the contract states for the *** compliant bathroom- and he did not do that- but wants to get paid for it.
