    Company seemed professional at first, however, on the day of my wedding, I got a call as I was walking into the church to get married stating that the limo that would be picking up my wife and father-in-law was late therefore they would have to use the second limo to bring the bridesmaids first and then bring my wife and father-in-law. The limo that brought them had AC vents that were not working leaving my wife and father-in-law sweating on the way to the church right before the ceremony.After the ceremony we came outside and the driver of our limo was passed out asleep in the front seat with his feet on the dashboard. I had to knock on the window several times to arouse him. Nothing in the limo was set up. There’s a bottle of champagne with no glasses he was left fumbling around looking for plastic cups for us to use. I then tried to contact the company. I called them six different days after the wedding. Each time I spoke to someone I was told that a manager would call me back shortly or call me back the next day and no one ever called. I luckily was finally able to get a hold of a manager on the phone one day, I explained to her everything that had occurred. She contacted the Owner who was only willing to refund me partially for the service. I explained to the manager that I felt a full refund was desired due to all of the mistakes that were made. She contacted the owner once more. Unwilling to provide a full refund and will only provide a partial refund. very dissatisfied with this businesses performance, as well as their customer service after the fact. If they had the dignity and professionalism to at least try to make things right after I would not be writing this review right now, however it was such a deplorable experience that I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I went through on the most important day of our lives next to the birth of our future children. I wholeheartedly cannot recommend this business to anyone.
