      I purchased a VIP ticket that should have included a signed poster. We were told there was no signed poster despite our having paid extra for it. When we asked how to resolve the issue, we were told to email ReedPop. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. I just want a refund for the 2 tickets I purchased or the signed poster.

      Reedpop/reedpop.com refuses to give me my tickets for a ***** **********: **** in ******* on Aprile 12th, 2025

      It is April 9th. We still haven't received the email with my tickets/activation codes!

      They were purchased under my wife's email, ************************.

      Ordered a pop from their site. Been over 10 days and it is still not shipped. I have emailed them twice and all I get is a automated response from them. I want my money back and if they refuse I want them turned in and shut down from fraud and stealing

      My partner and I have COVID and will not be able to attend **** on Saturday. No one from ReedPop will respond to my request for refund. I would like our 2 passes voided and to be refunded.

      Hello. I purchased tickets to an event that ReedPop was putting on. Due to personal reasons, I am unable to attend. I contacted their support and was told that they cannot offer me a refund but would allow me the opportunity to sell my tickets on their controlled environment via ******** when the window is available. The window opened to sell the tickets and they are denying me the right to do so. A buyer needs to be in place first before I'm allowed my refund. Ive contacted them several times to get a refund for my tickets as I knew pretty early on that I was going to be unable to attend. I was able to cancel my hotel reservation and all other expenses associated with this event without any issue with the exception of the event itself. It doesn't seem right that they are allowed to operate like this in such an oppressive manner and I'm raising these concerns to try and bring attention to this anti-consumer behavior. Thanks.

      Thank you for reaching out - I understand that not being able to receive a refund is frustrating. However, we do have our refund policy clearly set out during your point of purchase and on our FAQ pages. We don't offer refunds for the event, and working with **** helps us facilitate refunds.

       

      Again, I know this is frustrating, but that policy was clearly communicated ahead of time and during your purchase.

      I am rejecting this response because: It was not clearly communicated. It is hidden in the webpage and only explain after the purchase of tickets. This is a scam and a poor way to manage events. Again, even Ticketmaster allows for the reselling of tickets for events. I would like to pursue this further to prevent others from dealing with this in the future.

      I've been dealing with the same nonsense with this company all month now. They have been lying to me about my order. They claim they send our badges in batches. Yet I've gotten no tracking information nor anything from my **** office. I'm getting concerned that my order hasn't been taken care of. I want them to be held liable & either finish the job & make sure my badge arrives by next week no later as promised. I need them to actually check my account & find my stuff. I have celebrity VIP status I can't afford to repay for. They are indeed liable.

      I had an event scheduled for 10/28/22. I paid reedpop about $700 for 7 tournaments and a weekend pass. My father had a stroke and I had to take care of him and I could not attend. I immediately asked for a refund and they said they wouldn't. They said they would send my merchandise, but I haven't received anything but promises and they cannot provide a tracking number. Now they say they do not have the most expensive item I paid for and are replacing it with items I do not want that are 90% less valuable. Thos whole thing feels wrong and has wasted so much of my time.
