This is my last straw this establishment needs to be held accountable for false advertising. On NYE, we went to Terminal 110 for their NYE party. We purchased our tickets before hand online on eventbrite for $30. The website and the ticket said open bar and access to two floors. When we arrived they said it was no open bar and that we needed to pay an extra $30 to get access to the second floor. I showed them their website, their Instagram and our tickets that said access to both floors and open bar included. I asked for the manager to understand what was going on and she lies and says the second floor is only for VIP which was a lie. She said that she didn’t know they were charging people extra to go to the other floor but if they were charging we needed to pay. As a party goer I expect that business be held accountable for false advertising to get more people to come out. This is absolutely absurd that we had to pay $30 extra on top of the $30 we paid online. On their Instagram they are evening confirming that it is open bar in their comments. This is not the first time they have done this this happens for every event they have. The security they have allows people to bring in weapons (guns, knives etc) if they know them. They are also very rude and unprofessional. One of them insulted me and called me dumb because I didn’t understand why they didn’t honor what they advertised. They should be held accountable for continuously false advertising.

There were 2 Events going on for NYE. She brought tickets for the Downstairs Event the ad did state 2 floors but never stated the tickets was entry to both events.

Open Bar and Buffet was available till 11pm. She never stated what time she arrived.

We hire security and *** ***** ****** every night we are open.

If she seen someone with a weapon I wish we would reported immediately to the proper authorities we take safety very serious.

I feel like this report is fabricated and that she may be became upset that evening because of the confusion in arriving late to the event

I’m willing to refund Mrs. ***** the $30 for the tickets she purchased

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:The manager is lying. I arrived at 10:06 I am attaching my **** receipt. And she is also confirming that they falsely advertised. There was no open bar. Which is  also on the flyer (ANOTHER LIE). What’s my reason for lying? I just moved here from ** and I go to plenty of places and never had this experience where businesses can LIE about their offerings and not be reprimanded. My first time here and in the LINE they were literally talking about the security always let’s people in with guns/ weapons if they know them. Advertising TWO floors and then saying oh it didn’t say it was included is such **. I filed a false advertisement complaint with the state since they clearly will keep doing this since they don’t see anything wrong with this.

She can provide me a refund.

    Sincerely,
