      I had a ink cartridge that had gone bad and the company replaced it without hesitation! The postage machine is relatively expensive in a time when most communications are done by email...so this willingness to help out meant a lot to me. Thanks!

      Initially I was having a very difficult time getting what I needed. However once Windy S. in the Customer Interaction Center stepped in I was able to get what I needed. She knew what I needed and how to get it, follow up repeatedly until my issue was resolved, and was courteous and a pleasure to work with. Windy gets 5 stars, which makes up for the poor service I had prior to connecting with her.

      After 2+ years of attempting to CLOSE our account (and collecting payments for RETURNED equipment ) I have to file yet another request to close our account and still wait 7+ business days for a reply!!! VERY POOR customer service!!

      Technical was very good about getting another machine out because the first one failed to recognize the ink cartridge. I will set up my new one and it should be better now.
