    This business had a listing for a pool table on ******** that I was interested in. I contacted the guy and got more information on the product and decided I wanted to buy it. It was half down of $1875 and he would deliver and refelt the table and the other half would be due at delivery. There were positive reviews and a ****** page and a website so it seemed legitimate. I paid the deposit on Venmo and then for the next couple months there were excuses for delays that the felt he had ordered wasn’t showing up and more. Finally the felt came in and we scheduled many delivery days but he kept delaying and then he added another excuse that they couldn’t find the slate top in storage. He continued to push things off claiming that they just had to find it or offering me other different tables in place that were less value. After it was obvious that things weren’t working I asked for a refund and he said he would give the money back. However he claimed that he would not return the money via Venmo or any other online money payment sights because of fees that he claimed that just they had to pay to use the services. He then said that the money would be mail to me in the form of a check but it has been almost a month and no check has been received. I have made multiple attempts to text him or call his personal or business number sense and have gotten no reply. Can provide all of the text conversations but there is a lot so it won’t all upload here

    Deposit given 08/01/24 to replace pool table top. Mr. J****** has since told me that the materials are unavailable, I have since asked for a refund. He agreed and continues to tell me he's sending the money. Money never arrives, so I am hoping you can help get my money back.

    They stored my pool table for five years then we came to an agreement on buying it from us after the storage time was up. Stiffed us on final payment. And didn’t pick up final pieces of table as part of the deal. Impossible to get a hold of them and not trustworthy at all.
