    **** ** ********* / Fairfield Collision Center. first worked on my car around that date 5/06/20. total cost of work done was $11,606!! i was confident with the work till.the headlight that they replace stop working.so brought my car back.04/07/22!! my car was at **** of Fairfield for 5 month!! so they replace the headlight from there everything went down hill!! when i pick up the car my check engine light was on plus non of my sensors around the car and my camera and the screen in my car does'nt work. so they gave me a song and dance after!! they don't won't to take responsibility for there shoddy workmanship!! just need my car to be fix correctly!!

    Good Afternoon *******,

     

    • Original insurance claim for the RT front damage was completed April 2020
    • Used rt headlamp was installed and working properly
    • Customer came back roughly 2 and half years later saying headlamp had moisture in it
    • Replaced headlamp with OEM one (not paid for)
    • Customer at that point stated camera in the trunk lid was not functioning. He never mentioned this during the original claim over 2 years ago or during that time frame
    • Sent car to **** for calibration of new headlamp(completed properly) and diag of the rear electronics
    • Control module in trunk faulty was found
    • Not related to accident from 2 years ago per insurance and he does not have that insurance carrier any longer
    • Customer was in rental that we covered for roughly 3 months during this process
    • Customer came to pick up vehicle and said we scratched the front bumper
    • Scheduled the customer in a month later since he needed his car to fix and paint the front bumper cover(policy for customer service)
    • We also clear plastic wrapped the front bumper
    • He picked up the vehicle thank me for everything we did and said he would continue to pursue the insurance carrier for the rear camera
    • When customer picked up vehicle from me directly he was very happy with everything we did and had no issues

    good morning  its ****** ******* . i rejected there answer. so **** did the work on the headlight and sensors on the car!!when they replace the second headlight thats when everthing on my car stop working!! from they poor workmanship!!  they cause the problems. so they have to fix it make it right!!thanks!!
