    I got my car towed to cdls back on March 27th 2025, they had my car for over a month and I only needed an alternator, while they were working on it they said they heard a loud bang and my engine bent valves which doesnt make sense as I had 0 issues before I had them work on it other than the alternator went out. They gave major attitude and swore when I called them back explaining due to my experience I took it back to dealer because they took so long , had to all of a sudden replace my engine and they also had a no start issue they couldnt figure out after engine replacement and THEY shipped my car to dealer for them to figure it out . I took my car to the dealer after all work was performed and given back to me because it was not driving right and had hesitation while driving. They left an alternator wire loose during their installation which lead to stalling. Then I got it back from dealer it still was hesitating. I took it back to dealer 4 days later and they said they couldnt find any issues , I then took it to another shop whom found out there was too much transmission fluid added and it was foaming. There was way too many issues with their installation which lead to more time and money out of my pocket. The unprofessional manner they showed they should not be in business.

    Had ** van towed cd ls service, nine fifteen north main street, august of twenty twenty four motor needed repair . Still waiting to receive ** van **** as I have kept it registered and ensured for nine months waiting for the repairs to be completed! I call almost every day until it will be done today. And they will give me a call. They never call, or they tell me it'll be done in 3 days or 4 days, and they would give me a call, they never call. They never tell me what's going on. They don't return ** van and tell me they can't fix it. I am at ** wits end trying to resolve this situation, but they have not been cooperative. Whatsoever! I don't know what to do anymore. I have tried to be pleasant with them. Tell them I want ** Van **** and tell them the current vehicles they're working on, have been there. A lot less than 9 months and I deserve priority in getting this matter. Completed, and I get nowhere. I hear Nothing. They just tell me what I want to hear to get me off the phone and do whatever they want. I am seeking legal advice and have contacted the attorney general of the state of connecticut already to file a complaint on this business as I don't feel they are acting and I upright and legal and caring business like atmosphere to make people want to use their business in the future.
