    I ordered from this business, ELHN BADGE Manufacturing company couple years ago. I paid several hundred dollars for coins to be made, and they made them wrong and refused to remake them and or refund the money.

    This company ELHN made a secondary company called ****** ***** and opened a website and store with *******. They sell products like badges and coins.

    On may 27, 2025 I placed an ordered for a mini half size ******** ***** ****** *****. The photo showed the product that would be shipped. I paid $30.50 with shipping. However, the item arrived and it didn’t look like the photo they had listed. I contacted them right away and sent a message complaining. They did not respond and instead they removed the photo like they were trying to hide the fact it was never there. I saved the image prior to its removal as evidence. The badge the posted had a different color, finish, appeared thinner, and the following was engraved “******** ********* ***** ******”. The badge I got had an ugly gold color with different finish, it was very thick, and ******* was not engraved liked the photo they used some sticker or decal instead. Only thing they engraved was ******** ***** ******. That is not how the photo appeared. I never would have bought this item if the actual photo of the product was posted. The item sent looks very different and stupid.

    I requested a return and refund and the company wants me to pay shipping it back, pay the shipping cost to me, and only refund 75% of the item cost after a 25% restocking fee is removed. I shouldn’t have to pay anything when they posted a photo of a different style badge than What they sent. Now they have a photo of keychains posted and they say that’s okay.

    I want my full $30.50 refund. If they want the ugly product back they can provide label and packaging for it. As the mistake was their fault for falsely advertising a product to look one way and ship something totally different looking.

    I attached a screen shot from the email sent by ELHN  who also owns ****** *****. I also attached a photo of an envelope from ****** ***** from A different order and a screen shot of the bottom of the invoice both have the same address as ELHN and ****** ***** company!
