    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about my recent experience with The Tapping Solution app, which has left me both shocked and deeply disappointed as a long-time subscriber.

    Since December 27, 2024, I have been locked out of the app, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, my access has not been restored. As of today, January 6, 2025, I have contacted the support team ten times via email in an attempt to resolve the issue, but have received inadequate assistance. I was in contact with an agent named Shayrine, who, rather than offering a solution, treated my concerns in a dismissive and unhelpful manner. After multiple emails back and forth with no resolution, I requested to speak with another agent or a manager. However, this request was denied, and my subsequent emails have gone completely unanswered.

    As a loyal customer for many years who has paid for access to the app, I find it unacceptable that I have been unable to use the service I’ve paid for, and even more troubling, that my concerns have been ignored by your support team. I am shocked that it has come to this point, where I am now forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of getting a fair resolution.

    As a resolution to this matter, I expect my access to be restored immediately, someone other than Shayrine be the contact person, along with compensation for the time I have lost during this period. I The Tapping Solution will address this complaint promptly and appropriately with The Better Business Bureau.
