    On Monday May 22, 2023 I called BSB motor connections to replace the starter for my car. The owner insisted he can get the job done right away and to get the car towed to his shop. Therefore I paid for a tow truck to bring my car there. Upon arrival the owner stated he will take a look at it to diagnose and make sure it was in fact the starter. That Monday 22nd I never received a call nor an update and that was ok seeing he may be busy or forgot. The follow day may 23 I called morning, afternoon, and later that day before they close for an update. However each time I called no one picked up and the mail box is full. As I am writing this complaint it is Wednesday May 24th and I still haven’t heard from this company. I’m absolutely baffled by the fact this shop took in my car and held onto it for days without any update or contact. This is my personal vehicle I drive to and from work forcing me to get a rental in the mean time. If I knew they were going to pull these games I would have never even entertained the idea of them working on my car if they ever even get to it. At this point it’s almost theft the fact that they have my broken car and are pretty much avoiding my calls. They need to call me asap before this escalates into something much bigger.
