    my neighbor decides to have some trees cut down from his yard and hired gold star quality services llc. during this time the tree company had a tree fallen on my fence and ruined it. this happened on march 23rd 2023. I have tried to reach out to the company numerous times and they have only answered me one time. when they did answer my call i had to trick them. I left a message saying that I was looking for a tree company to take down some trees. when the company called me back, within 3 minutes of me leaving that message, I told them who i really was and that I wanted them to come out here and fix my fence that they had wrecked. they gave a bunch of excuses and never came out. now they do not even answer my phone calls at all. no matter how many messages that I leave they will not acknowledge anything at all. all i want them to do is come out and fix my fence, that's it
