    I contacted the company to have a hot tub inspected and put into service for the season after moving it from my brother's house to mine. The tub was new in 2020, very lightly used for two seasons, and then fully winterized and kept dry and under a top for 3 seasons before being moved here. I paid a $250 deposit to secure the service call. Their technician claimed the tub would not heat and that the control panel was not working and did not put the tub into service. The company then sent me a quote of approximately $2,000 for the repairs they claimed needed to be made. However, after the technician left, I filled the tub and turned it on and both the heater and control panel worked and have continued to work. This was pretty obviously a situation of someone finding an older woman he thought would not know any better at home alone, and trying to sell a much more expensive job than the simple start up for the season that I had requested. I emailed the company and asked them to refund my deposit and they have refused to do so.

    I am the general manager and just received this information.  It is our policy to ensure customers are happy with our service.  Due to discrepancy between the customers version of the service call and our service departments we are issuing a full refund.  The check is being cut and sent to the customer.

    Pool company refinished the pool. The refinishing created a film on the surface of the pool. They said they would address and fix the problem. Paid them to stand behind their work and fix the issue. They never fixed the issue, walked away from job after promising to address the issue and blamed it on factors beyond their control.

    This complaint just reached my desk on 1/4/2024 due to the Better Business Bureau having outdated information from the previous owners.  I have researched you account and find we replastered your pool on May 10,2023 to resolve any issues.  I hope this action did resolve your issues.  Let me know if there is anything outstanding.
