    Date of transaction : 5/29/2024The amount of money you paid the business : $4,200 for the car and $150 for the paperwork . What the business committed to provide you : The sales rep ********************* and ******************* as well as the secretary mentioned that if I was not satisfied with the purchased ; that I can have my money back with no problem ; specially if the car could had any major issues . Which in this case it did and also they fail to disclose them . I didnt knew anymore until my daughter read the papers after I sign and pay them when she became aware and let me know. We were assured by the workers of the dealership owner that the car was in great condition and with no previous damages and had all paperwork been done and ready to go with purchase. Eventually my daughter check all the documents, and she noticed ; they didn't gave me a receipt of full payment:I was told if I didnt like the car or if I discover any major issues with it ,I only drove the car , no longer then 15min from the dealership. My daughter and I got in contact with the sales rep and told us that wasnt a problem and he would see us the following day to reimburse me the money back . When I went , this time without my daughters company and guidance , this individual informed me he was and couldnt be able to give me my money back. His reason was that he personally used that money to purchase cars or other investments and that if I wanted my money back I needed to wait until he was able to sell my car.

    I purchased a car from them back in June. They were smoking weed while I was buying the car. Then I had my car for two months. They repossessed the car on 08/19/22 after I got a letter from the bank starting. That I had until 09/05/22 to pay the amount that was due which was one payment. I called them they wouldnt tell me who picked it up because im pretty sure they did which is illegal. Also they said that I to pay $476 to get the stuff in my car out. He said he paid my car off to the bank from his account. It all sounds like a scam. Dont buy your car here they are just trying to make a quick dollar.
