    Replaced controllers 8 of them in front yard ; stated work completed; I left a stellar review btw I would like to request be removed and not posted immediately; the controllers only fire 4 of the 6 that were being used and one middle section stays on throughout all 11 zones ; the situation with sprinklers worse now then before; I need my money back so I can get fixed

    I knew 8 zone manifold was completed and installed yesterday on 7-1 2025 I would have notified this morning on 7-2 2025 that zones three and four had some issues but I told the homeowner that I would have to take a look in person. I plan to do that on Monday at noon. After making a plan to address the issue on Monday 7-4-2025 I received a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website. I am hoping that we can resolve this issue as that is most likely just a pinch on an underground line nothing in regards to the new manifold installed.

    I am rejecting this response because: ***** ****** has not returned my recent text ; he was supposed to arrive to fix this problem today monday august 4th near noon its now 2pm and he is not here and is not returning my text. It should be brought to attention the face book review on ***** ****** and ************************** that has a similar complaint where ***** abandoned his job for this family and stole over 7 thousand dollars from them. I guess I am fortunate he only ripped me off of 984 dollars but this man and his business needs to be exposed ASAP. Thank you for your time ; law enforcement has been contacted but you as the BBB has to do its part ; your prerequisites to complaints implies you drop the ball when law enforcement is needed and you are not getting involved ? why because consumers dont need your protection ??? Crazy and terrible business decision for what BBB is supposed to be about; please post my complaint and I renew my efforts to retrieve the 984 dollars I was ripped off of ; now I have to get another professional to fix the damage.

    After being contacted by you to look at issues you were having with your system we assessed that you needed new control valves for the front yard. 8 valves were replaced, and wired to your Rainbird timer box. The system was run through thoroughly.

     

    Upon completion of the project I notified you that you had low pressure in two of the zones in the front yard. Payment was made. A day after the project was completed you called stating that you wanted your money back and that you should have never had the work performed. I told you that if there was fix that needed to take place in the manifold we would fix it but try to explaining to you why the system had low pressure. All of this occurred on Friday and Saturday. I told you Saturday that I would be able to swing by on monday. I sent you a text on Monday morning after youfiled your first complaint and you stated you had someone else coming do address the the low pressure issue.
