    This company has the worse customer service. They said that they would match another trash service and they never did. They charged me the full increased price. And then had the nerve to argue with me on the phone saying that thats not what they charged me. They miss their pick *** all the time. I do not recommend this company.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As of January of 2023, we have undergone a new management change and with this, we are focusing on improvement in all of these areas. This includes leveraging and updating the Apex App and website for more transparent communication and consistent management, continuously improving the customer service experience, and weekly training sessions with our drivers.  According to the previous owner's notes, due to the situations, we were able to issue a refund. We apologize for your past experience, please know that 100% customer satisfaction is our management team's top priority and we hope to service you in the future.
