    I canceled a reservation for 10/12-10/19/2022 to attend a rally on 10/06/2022. This reservation was made directly with Palisade Basecamp RV resort and paid for on 09/18/2022. I received an email receipt and confirmation that listed the following cancellation policy: Cancellations inside of 3 days of arrival shall be charged the full amount with no refund. All other cancellations will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
    I had not received the requested refund and contacted them again on 10/20/2022. I was told they would not refund my reservation because they had a signed contract with the rally organizer that they would not refund after 09/10/2022. My reservation was made 09/18/2022 and I had no knowledge of any contract they had with the organizer. They called me back and said that they would not refund my reservation because the ********** ticket for the event listed no refunds. I did not make reservation or pay for the rv site through **********.
    Also, the Palisade Basecamp RV Resort website lists the following cancellation policy at ********************************** *
    Cancellations prior to 72 hours of arrival will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will receive no refund.
    I believe that they are failing to honor their own published reservation policy in order to keep this money.
