      I spent $90 for a car wash package that includes six car washes. I've used four out of the six, but the car wash has been out of service for about a year (employees claim it worked for two months earlier this year). In the winter time their excuse is that the pipes have frozen. In the summertime their excuse is that lightning has disabled the electronics. I've called every week or two for months and get the same excuse blaming corporate offices for not funding repairs. I would like my $30 refunded since it's apparent that there is no dedication toward repairing the car wash, and contradictory claims are apparently false. I have all receipts as evidence.

      I bought a bunch of carwashes from Grease Monkey. I was a loyal customer that had 3 vehicles regularly serviced there for oil changes. The car wash has not been working for about a year. Every time I call them they say it will be fixed next week, next week, next week etc. I am tired of waiting. The receipt I have is faded and they just wrote down numbers on the receipt and checked them off by pen. I would like an 200 dollar refund (the amount of the carwashes plus the time and energy stopping by/calling for updates). I am tired of driving around with a dirty car waiting for them to get their act together. There are plenty of other places in town to get car washes/oil changes.
