    I purchased a luggage set in March of 2024. These luggages come with a warranty for manufacture defects. This luggage had a faulty lock that jammed and would not open so I could access my personal belongings. We have to cut along the fabric to access my belongings and from the internals of the bag saw the lock mechanism was not aligned, proving the manufacturer defects. The seller and manufacturer both failed to comply with the legal terms of the warranty. I have read reviews from other customers who state when they contact the manufacture about defects/warranty related issues, there is no response indicating lack or fullfillment and potential fraud. I am requesting a refund or replacement.

    Dear BBB,

    ******* ****** did not buy the luggage from TACH LLC.  She bought it from Spreetail.  I believe this alone should invalidate you claim.  Spreetail does buy the luggage from **, but our price to Spreetail includes warranty coverage from their side.  We pay for it in the form of a 4% discount on their price.

    Additionally, Mrs. ****** admitted that her husband broke the lock on the luggage because the lock jammed.  The locks are made by Travel Sentry and are the best on the market.  All major brans use Travel Sentry.  If the locks were damaged during the flight that is the airlines responsibility. 

    I offered a special discount to Mrs. ****** and she refused.  After receiving 15 long emails from her I agreed to send her a free large bag if she paid for the shipping.  This was before I saw the letter. 

    I believe we have done more than our part to accommodate Mrs. ************* This includes responding to all her emails.
