    On January 1, 2025 a transaction of $59.85 went through to Trailhead Web Design and Web Hosting, owned by ****** ******, for my website domain's renewal (one main domain with two others pointing to that domain.). In return, Trailhead agrees to keep my website domain/s alive for another year's time. However, in June 2025 the main domain (***************) expired. I did not discover this until the end of July 2025 when a business associate let me know my website was coming up as something else. In checking online in my Trailhead account, there is confirmation that *************** is expired as of June 2025.I sent Trailhead an email July 31 telling them that *************** is down, and got no response.I also pay a quarterly web hosting fee of $44.85. Both the domain fee above and the quarterly fee were on autopay, and so I paid $44.85 covering June through September and there is no website to be maintained or hosted since the domain is hacked.I sent another email on 8-20-25 and still have not heard anything back.I have now removed the credit card that was on file for payments with Trailhead.Someone who is doing the work for Trailhead Web Design should reach out to me as soon as possible to get the domain issue rectified OR if, due to ******************* current Larimer County incarceration, information which I discovered in a ****** Search today, no one is running the business, then refunds should be issued and I should be able to take over the domain names that point to the one that expired.I should also receive a refund for the domain renewal, since it was allowed to expire, and for the June through September quarterly payment.Thank you.

    Hello, I just wanted to mention that the owner of this business is serving a 16-year prison term, as referenced in this article: ****** ******. ******************************************************************************

    So, I don't expect we are going to hear back from the business anytime in the near future.
