    The men who did the work on my hail damaged home were great. Dealing with the owner, not so much. He told me one price and it ended up more. Mind you we all know you have to deal with insurance, and that is a process. After being threatened with a lien on my home, the insurance paid the final check. This would have been done sooner if the contractor would have sent the paper work in correctly and on time. They were not my first choice, but I had a leaking roof, so time was important.

    The homeowner entered into a contract with our company stating that the work will be completed for the insurance proceeds price. The only out-of-pocket cost is the deductible. After the claim was settled, we received a new insurance estimate with the project pricing. We sent out a final invoice to the homeowner.  At that time,she said she did not want to pay that amount. It took many weeks to collect the full payment from the homeowner.
