    Ordered a Photostick Omni, via the internet web site on and it was delivered on 10/31/22. Order number is ************* and price was $86.59 (including tax and shipping). Having trouble using the product, I chatted with their Customer Service and was told that for support I needed to go to a web site, "Need Answers" and fill out a form, which although that form included giving them my CC number, that fee would be refunded by Photostick. After talking to the Need Answers person, I was told that they could not offer any assistance for my problem (which was that I could not make the Photostick work). Photostick Customer service had also told me they would also contact the Need Answer people and tell them to expect my contact. After many hours of not being able to make the Photostick work, I found the address on their web site to request a refund, as advertised on their web site. (good for 30 days after delivery less the cost of return shipping). The problem is that to date and after 4 emails, I have been unable to get in contact with anyone so that I can get the required RMA number or paperwork. The address they show for requesting a return is *************************. I would like to return their product and get my money back.

    I have read the customer's complaint.  I am sorry that he was unable to get in touch with ThePhotoStick customer support. I have personally emailed the customer with refund  information. 


    We do not have any association with a company called "Get Answers".  Our customer support agents would never ask for a customer's credit card number, nor would they ever charge our customers for support. 


    ThePhotoStick website is listed on the back of the product card that is inside the package of every ThePhotoStick product that we sell.  Our website (where the customer placed the order) provides links that will assist our valued customers in product use and systems requirements.  Customers can access our return and refund information from the website homepage under the Support Tab.  Our customer service agents are available for Live Chat via our website 24/7.   Our agents are happy to assist our valued customers with product use.   We also have User Guides, Videos and answers to frequently asked questions about our products on the website.   ******************************
