This rating is focused on the *** complaints process as well as the waiving withdraw drop fee from NEEDED withdrawal of half-baked online classspecifically for extended campus students. Currently, my outstanding bill has pushed my graduation out a year from approved Dec 2025, bc I get to pay off their 2k bill first (they dropped my courses for fall, too, despite graduation pre-approval and registration bc I am a graduating US veteran).Firstly, *** did not adequately evaluate my creditsto the point that I am still getting occasional emails (last week) about how I dont have to retake registered classes or I took a class I didnt need to! All very conflicting and very COSTLY.Moving on; my complaint is regarding the handling of my course withdrawal bill and request to appeal the course price for a poor course. Fall 2024s MHC course was with a Dr *** clearly put no effort. As my complaint said, the course looked more like a submission area for an in-person courses assignments than a full online University class. He had 5 exams and 4 Casesthats it. No lectures, no care, and entitledrefused to use the mandated LMS Canvas Messaging).I dropped because the course was HIGHLY NEGLECTED and inadequately built out according to online course learning standards. It was terribly painful and it ruined my GPA.Result:Most ALL students filed complaints and/or wrote negative course feedbackthe professor was removed & put on sabbatical. But I/we had to STILL paid for the course!! The LACK of current existing complaint processes made reporting this impossible! Students have rights! I was provided with a bill that I tried to waive (1 filed course complaint with extended campus, 1 waive withdraw course fee/the former was denied citing they couldnt waive it because of stress which had nothing to do with the complaint-but sure gaslit me! And the latter was seemingly at first taken seriously then **** chose to disappear instead of scheduling)
