    "I receive two iPhones on 11/25/24 which I have a contract for $162.55 per month for both phones I called in to have my numbers transferred from straight talk to boost that night and only one number got transferred because they said that they were having issues with the system and it would take a few days to get it situated and service to my phone, I called back on 11/27/24 the agent that helped me add a new line to my account which I didn't initiate then transferred me to to another department having me trying to explain what happen to the other agent when she told me that she would explain what had happen, whoever that agent told me to get that line off my account (the one I didn't initiate) I had to pay a disconnect fee I told him iwill not pay a fee for something I didn't initiate and to let me speak to a supervisor which I had to wait about 15 minutes for the supervisor to get on the phone, the supervisor ******* (***) said he would work on getting the issue resolved however I got a bill on the 27/11/24 to pay $131." ...     "I called the Boost Mobile **************** Number to get my account number which is required if you want to change service to another provider. After waiting a little over 10 minutes in the queue to talk with an agent, I was told that he was unable to provide the account number, but that he would transfer me to an account specialist." ...
