    I purchased an item from this compqny January 17th, 24. Its now Feb 19th, ive emailed the multiple support email domains, DM on instagram, and nothing. No response or shipping information. I want an explanation why this acceptable. The website says shipping delays due to ongoing covid pandemic like bruh youre worse than ***** admin. Either give me my money or give me my product plain and simple. At this point i feel im entitled to receive a refund and the product i purchased.

    I have ordered and paid for goods, but never received anything. The company is not responding.

    I purchased a $500 bundle on sale for $250 from eternal courts August 22. They told me it was going to be sent out that Friday was never sent out label was created September 4 package was never dropped off. They told me they were dropping it off again. Last week still has never been dropped off to carrier facility. They are not responding to emails all of the phone numbers they have including the one on this website is turned off, they keep telling me theyre going to send it out and its almost been two months and has not been sent out and now they are not responding at all

    Myself and 4 friends purchased products. Ship date was agreed upon. Than kept saying oh tomorrow and so on. Never recieved the items. He only refunded my money and now I have 4 friends that are waiting for their money. They wont respond and seems to block anyone that tries to contact.
