I went to this business to get my windows tinted for my ***** CR-V. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the allotted time, I noticed as I turned my car on that the windshield wipers were going off. I got out of the vehicle to go back into the shop and asked ***** why my wipers were doing that when they're set to off and he told me "I don't know, it just started doing that and your battery died" and then said "hopefully it'll stop" and left me and my 4 yr old to drive home with the wipers going off nonstop in rapid motion. I get home and turn the car off and the wipers STILL went on. Finally, when my husband got home, he took the car and went back to ***** to find out what was going on. The wipers had finally stopped moving but were in the incorrect position and ***** pushed the wipers down which forced them to stop moving altogether. I brought my vehicle to ***** the next day and they declared that the Tint shop dropped liquid into the vehicle on the wiper motors, frying the motors and destroying the caps. My husband called ***** to let him know this and that we were expecting the ***** bill to be paid and he hung up on my husband and has been avoiding us since. I have paid the $800 repair but I am forced to have to bring him to court for damages on my vehicle. My vehicle was in perfect condition prior to the tint. We had it inspected a few weeks prior for NJ to CO registration transition and my car passed.
