    This person does not know how to do taxes. She messed up my taxes so horribly, added credits she knew I did not qualify for. Ended up owing thousands due to her negligence and lack of knowledge in taxes.

    I was surprised to come across your review. After carefully reviewing all of my client records dating back to the year 2000, I found no record of ever working with you. Based on the information provided, it appears this may be a case of mistaken identity.

    There are several tax preparation businesses that share the name Smiths Tax Service, and its possible this review was intended for a different company.  At my firm, I take great pride in providing accurate, ethical, and professional tax services. I follow all *** guidelines closely and never apply any credits or deductions that a client does not fully qualify for.

    If another tax preparer made an error on your return and you are now facing issues because of it, I would be more than happy to assist you in getting it corrected even though we have not worked together in the past.
