      Ive been trying to close my account with GREENBOX STORAGE BALL PARK, now for a month. I cleaned out my storage unit of most items. The items that remained were no longer of use and they were covered in mouse urine and f**** They needed to be disposed of. I paid my storage fees while I was using their facility about a year and a half. While this was happening mice and/or other vermin had free range of the place as most goods were damaged in one way or the other.Im not seeking to be reimbursed for damaged items just want to close my account with GBSBP. Ive been ignored twice in emails to the company and today after finally getting a reply, my concerns about items damaged with urine and f**** that should have been able to have been thrown out were not taken seriously. There are CDC guidelines dictating how to handle contaminated items and its states remove the potentially contaminated materials while in the sunlit, ventilated area. Remain upwind so that any dust or debris is not blown toward your face. Some contaminated stored materials, such as clothing, books, etc. can be decontaminated by following the recommended methods of disinfection provided in the table below; items that are no longer needed can be discarded.https://www.cdc.gov/rodents/cleaning/index.html
