    During the week of April 15th, 2025, i was introduced to ****** ****** ( via phone call) who asked me if I wanted to buy a swamp cooler. I told him yes. Mr ****** asked what type swamp cooler i needed, and I told him I needed a roof mount, down spout that would cool at least ***************************************************************************** for $350. Being that ********** and ****** prices were twice this amount I asked him what was wrong with it. He told me he is a general contractor and he purchased it for a job that fell thru. He assured me his company Custom Fit LLC has multi AAA ratings with the Better Business Bureau. I agreed to make the purchase and within a hour he arrived at my home with the swamp cooler My tenant and Mr ******* placed swamp ********* my back yard. I asked Mr ******* if I needed anything else for the unit to be functional and he said no "everything is inside the unit" he said. I paid him $$350 and then he said he needed another $50 for delivering it (never mentioned that before) I paid him and they left.About a week later I called a friend,/Plumber (Licensed) *******. ****** to come give estimate to install swamp Cooler First available was 10:00 am May *******.The old swamp Cooler was already removed. **** informed me that the swamp cooler didn't have a motor. I immediately calledy ******* and he said he would call me right back. We waited nearly 30 minutes and ,******* had to leave. Before he left he also said the swamp cooler could not be mounted on the roof because it's a side spout window swamp cooler.i was in total horrified shock. Shortly after ******* left Mr ******* called. I told about no motor and unit was a window unit with a side spout. He assured me the unit was universal he said but said he'd call back. The bottom line is Mr ******* sold me something I can't use and he refusing you give me my money back he said a motor would cost $140 and offered to split cost but that fell thru
