Feb 11, 2022 I made the mistake of placing my order for a total of $635.20. This was order #**** for the Revofi Link Founders Edition. According to the official revofi white paper, devices were to begin shipping in Q4 of 2021. After claiming multiple delays the official RevoFi ******* account (@revofico) said on 6/20/2022 "it's official.. we are shipping devices!" Yet it would seem nobody has yet to receive any device, nor any tangible evidence this company is not a scam, from searching the internet and numerous forums. I have emailed them ********************************** *********************************** multiple times requesting a refund as I have not yet received my device. No replies. I ordered a RevoFi Link Pro Commercial Edition - 1TB on 7/29/2021 (Order ****) and paid Revofi the equivalent of $545.69 via Coinbase Commerce Reference # D8GC3VA9. I made many attempts to ask for order status and refund on 10/29/2022, 10/30/2022, 10/31/2022, 11/22/2022, 12/1/2022, 12/2/2022, 12/16/2022, 12/17/2022, 12/18/2022, 12/19/2022, 12/20/2022, 12/21/2022, 12/28/2022, 1/1/2023, 1/2/2023, 1/3/2023, 1/13/2023, 1/14/2023, and 1/19/2023. On 12/20/2022, they finally said after I answered 10 questions they would refund my money. I immediately answered the questions and sent them the email back. Ever since 12/20/2022, Revofi has emailed back stating that the refund is pending approval from their refund department. I have included the transcript of all emails back and forth as an attachment to this email to prove the communications. No one will answer the phone as they do not have a contact telephone number.Initial Complaint

February 15th/16th of 2022 I purchased a product from this company . I have never received this product and was told shipping delays. Eventually I tried disputing the charge with my credit card company, however it had been over 60 days since the purchase .I was told by my CC company to contact the company I purchased from and see about a refund through them .As of right now they have stopped communicating with me on email .I tried a different email which they replied to, however once they realized my order number was the same , they stopped contacting **** tried their social media and they ended up blocking my social media account on the social media platform ********* I still have never received my product I paid for and have never been given a shipment tracking number.Business Response

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble with your order. We experienced delays and supply chain issues just like every other company in the world has the past 2 years. We addressed all delays publicly and put down a road map to deal with any issues we have encountered on supply chain/manufacturing. Our support team is not ignoring you, they do not ignore people. We have mangers that check ticket progress of all support staff and if any support representative was caught ignoring tickets they would be terminated effective immediately. The manufacturing process is complex and time consumptive which results in there being many different stages of assembly in the manufacturing process. If you requested a refund then Support has to reach out to the people managing supply chain in *************. The staff in *** would then need to go through and audit the order to determine if inventory has already been allocated for the devices in your order. If it is determined that the manufacturing process has already begun for the devices in your order then that means inventory is already allocated to the order and we can not provide a refund. If we were to cancel orders were already manufacturing then we would never be able to get back on cycle counts and would forever be in back order. So when you submit a refund request the support staff reaches out to the staff in *** and they complete the audit and determine eligibility. If you have still not received a reply from our support team then that means they still do not know whether or not your order is eligible to be refunded or not. Once they receive a response from supply chain on whether or not the order is eligible then they will reach out to you and inform you of the eligibility status for refunding your order. Not everyone has been able to get a refund but there is over 100 who have received refunds. You are going through the same process everyone else who requested a refund has gone through, keep in mind we are a new small company with resources and staff stretched pretty thin at the moment and it takes a long time for certain requests to handled due to these circumstances. This is the case with everything the company is involved in, not just refunds. Please just exercise a little more patience and you will receive your answer. Everyone at RevoFi is doing everything they can all day everyday to ensure everyone's needs are met and everyone's concerns are addressed and resolved. As for the ban on our ******* the only reason any of our admins would ban someone is if they violated our community guidelines or *******s community guidelines more than once after the admin explicitly asked you to refrain from whatever violations you were partaking in. If you would like to send a message to our support team you can submit an appeal to unban you from our *******.

I am rejecting this response because: Its all the same things you have been telling everyone else that purchased from Revofi LLC,I do not mind sharing the entire conversation from ******* with Revofico . I did not violate anything. Nor was told anything that I was violating something. I want my refund and I should have to deal with this anymore. I should have to ask for a refund for months on end with no responses and dodging and blocking. This is ridiculous. I am not the only one with this issue from Revofi LLC. The same excuses and reasons. I can show the entire email conversations I had with my main email that I used to order the product as well as the 2nd email I used to try and get a refund, I had to use a 2nd email to get a response .. and once I told them my order number I stopped getting responses again I want my refund you guys havent shipped out any batch #
and Im not even in batch 1. Im in batch 3 from what I remember and have gathered.
please issue my refund. This is ridiculous that I have to go through BBB just to get a response.

I purchased three devices from this company over a year ago to begin with. I attempted to get a refund and was given the runaround. They gave me a series of questions to answer before they could give me a refund. This process was in the fourth week before I gave up and told them to never mind and continue with the products. I was given a sweatshirt for the first 300 but no device. I recently received an email showing that I had a tracking number for my device. The tracking said I would be receiving my device yesterday. When I asked they deferred and claim at ***** is at fault. As usual, any delay, or any communication has been done via a different person every time from their support, or social media . Theyve changed their social media to where you cannot engage or ask questions and you get blocked for doing so.Business Response

We are sorry to hear about the trouble you seem to be having with your orders. So i believe the reason for confusion is that you orders the 3 different devices as 3 SEPARATE orders and you placed these orders as different times. If you were to order 3 products in one order then you would have received all of the products in one shipment. Due to you placing 3 different order all of the orders will ship out to you at different times. When i look in our order management system WooCommerce i can see your three different orders.

So we have verified with our manufacturing team in OKC that order #**** was indeed completed and was sent out through ***** and as per the customers screenshot they were sent the necessary tracking. Once we send the order out of our factory there is nothing else for us to do. If the customer has experienced delays or has not received their order then they need to pursue that with ***** as they're the company that is delivering the order. In our systems we make sure the address for customers stays up to date and once it is completed for us and ***** picks up the orders from our factory and we send tracking info to the customer any and all matters related to the shipping of that order is *****'s responsibility. I have provided as much proof as i can but to be completely transparent this is just how the world works. RevoFi is not a shipping company and were not delivering the devices to our customers. If the customer would like to find out what is going on with their order then they will have to get in contact with *****.
