4 starsAsset Recovery is not a scam. They were very helpful and informative. They took care of all paperwork and answered any questions I had along the way. They asked for nothing upfront and only required 20% for payment. There entire process took 3 months from start to finish. I had a great experience with Asset Recovery. I'm not sure why anyone has left them bad reviews, especially ones claiming that they are a scam company. They are legit and have been in business for more than a decade. Nothing about that screams scam. They are definitely worth exploring if you're in the position to need thier services.Review fromBadr A

1 starThey misled and lied to me in many ways. After I submitted to them a Power of Attorney to recover surplus funds following foreclosure on a property, they attempted to scam me out of my funds that were held by a Trustee. They underreported to me the amount of fund by as much as 30%, and refused to disclose to me their correspondence with the Trustee office. Also, Asset Recovery forged my signature on a federal tax document submitted to the Trustee which I did not authorize. They are clearly not a legal firm with attorneys on payroll as they claimed to me. Asset Recovery has unequivocally misrepresented my interests. At the last minute I was able to rescind the Power of Attorney and stop transfer of funds to them.Review fromjosh n

5 starsAsset recovery reached out to me with funds I had not expected at all! It has been very helpful and the efficiency of service is notable. It took about 6 months to process, when a hand written check arrived it seemed odd, but it was legitimate and I'm glad to have some money from an otherwise unfortunate situation.
