    The process was long and drawn out signed with the notary twice due to the process in the courts and I believe the payout should have been more on a good note out point of contact ***************************** was very professional and pleasant to us she made sure that we knew everything we needed to know especially when the checks would be delivered and followed up with my family **** made it worth the wait I would recommend **** is the person you contact when using Asset Recovery

    I definitely give Asset Recovery an A+ for their help in getting the funds due me. It turned into a 3 year process of jumping hoops and without their intervention I'm sure would never have happened.

    THIS IS A SCAM. No legitimate business do NOT Chase a person for business. "******"called 3 times after I'd told him no. I blocked him, he used a different #. Then 2 text. 2 calls the next day desperately trying to convince me he's legitimate. His info was completely wrong. There's nothing to recover. Hod scam was very obvious and insulting. This good reviews? Bought. If you don't know scammers buy reviews, please research. Ask the BBB. Any, absolutely any "recovery" group is as crooked as home investment buyers. These are thieves.

    We are trying to reach a person you may be related to or know.  On these types of claims, the County does the absolute bare minimum to notify the former homeowner of the overage. The reason is if there is no claim made within a certain period of time they get to keep the money. We cast a wide net because most times people are just not aware they can go through a court system to claim the remaining surplus, or "overage."  

    We are not a scam and have been in good standing for over 14 years.  We DO NOT pay for any type of review, and we regard the satisfaction of our clients as a high priority.  You are obviously not the correct claimant, and we thought you could have been so kind as to give us some information to help if you could.

    That said, we would love to block your number outbound and inbound in an effort to find **************** regarding this matter.  We wish you well.
