8/4: signed up for a 30-day program at the cost of $222. The advertisement for the 30-day program said that you could try it free for 7 days and if it did not resonate with you or for any reason you did not want to continue, you would get a full refund. No questions asked.
8/8: emailed customer support stating that the program did not align with my spiritual views /values and was requesting a refund.
8/8: received an automated response with some troubleshooting in case it was technical issues.
Later that day, I received a response from ****** offering three separate options: store credit, extended trial or complimentary access to another event or program I emailed back declining stating that I really just wanted a full refund as was allowed for in the initial advertisement. Later that day I received a response that they would refund the full amount and to allow 1 to 3 weeks to reflect in my account.
8/26: still had not received a refund and checked back with customer care. Received a email response from **** apologizing and saying that the refund was taking longer than anticipated but that it was being worked on and to allow a few more days
9/4: still no refund. Emailed customer care again and asked that they refund me immediately. Received an email response that same day from ******** again apologizing and saying that it was in q with the refund team and that they would follow up to make sure to expedite it.
9/11: another 7 Days has passed and still no refund. I emailed and recounted that in the video they promise a full refund within 7 days if not satisfied. I have a gan asked for my $222 to be refunded. I have not heard back yet.

On April 24, 2025, I paid Authentic Living $1,845 for a retreat that I later canceled. I was told in writing on June 2 that my refund had been processed. Since then, I’ve received multiple conflicting responses one message confirmed the refund, another said it was “processing this Friday,” and a third claimed someone else would follow up (which never happened). As of July 11, I still have not received my refund.

I have given them over five weeks to resolve this and followed up multiple times. I set a clear written deadline of July 10, which was ignored. I have email documentation showing inconsistent and misleading communication, and vague, spiritualized responses in place of direct accountability. This behavior has caused unnecessary stress and financial hardship.

I am seeking a full refund of $1,845 returned to the original payment method. I have been more than reasonable and would like this matter resolved promptly.

In researching this issue, I discovered that my experience is not unique. There appears to be a pattern of refund delays and unresolved complaints involving this company. This raises serious concerns about their business practices and how they handle customer funds. I believe this behavior warrants further investigation to protect future consumers.

Due to the ongoing delay and lack of resolution, I will contact my credit card company today to initiate a dispute for recovery of the $1,845 I was promised. While I had hoped to resolve this directly with the business, their repeated failure to follow through has left me no other option.

I am still requesting a formal, written apology acknowledging the delay and miscommunication without the scripted or dismissive language I’ve previously received.

I enrolled in Geo University and this company has taken a monthly fee of $1111. since February but has yet to provide any information or access to any classes. I have sent countless emails only to receive AI generated responses consoling me and giving a promise of resolution within 24 hours. I have not received anything!!! I have since closed my bank account to avoid additional charges....
