    I called Russell Walsh Plumbing on May 22, 2023 and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, May 30th, to have my washer box and valves replaced. His son, **** ********************** came and did the work and provided a receipt for the work done. I paid him by check in the amount of $550.00. I initially explained to Russell ********************** that this job would be a reimbursement to me and I needed to submit their receipt to HomeSmart (by ************* I have a HomeSmart plumbing plan that reimburses me for plumbing issues at my house.The receipt was not a great copy and when I submitted it via scanned copy and emailed it to HomeSmart, it was rejected as the copy was not clear. I immediately reached out to Russell ********************** on Thursday, June 1 by texting him and explaining that I needed to obtain a clear copy of my receipt because ********* denied reimbursement because of the unclear copy. He responded by saying he would drop off a clear copy of my receipt on Saturday, June 3. I texted him on Saturday morning to see when he would be dropping off the requested copy, he stated he couldn't come Saturday, but he would drop it off on Sunday, June 4. (He never came.) I texted him again on June 8 and have received no reply. I called Russell ********************** on June 1, 12, & 14 regarding my request - no response. I called his son, Alex ********************** on June 9, he stated he would ask his father to provide that copy. No response.I need to obtain a clear copy of my receipt that I paid for their services, so that I can submit for reimbursement as soon as possible.
