This all started back in November of 2023, we purchasing units and they delivered them in December of 2023 and from that date our electricians tried to coordinate with them on installation. Our electricians need to speak with them on where they needed the power ran to you and how they need to run no response no callbacks, finally in July of 2024 they start responding again about installation. They push us off to pushing us off until January of 2025. They finally starting to install in February and we had everything up and running by mid-march just started getting things running now and all the sudden we're having a Freon problem and now our main deep freezer will not go below zero they came out on Friday May 23rd 2025. Asking me for a check to pay them for coming out I've been free on the system and I could not do that because the owner of the company would not send a check because the system was not working and now they're clearly upset with me telling me that karma will get me but they didn't finish the job and make it work properly so why would they expect to have have a check give it to them when the job was not fixed. before person got mad at me until he karma will get me they're supposed to come out midweek next week and address the problem and fix it. If I have to fire somebody else to fix all the issues that they have left here for me I will have that company charge them for then services. They have taken on way too many projects and they don't have enough staff to cover it and fix issues as they come around.

We purchased a used walk-in freezer condensing unit and evaporator from Rocky Mountain Walk In Coolers on January 22, 2025. We paid for the units as well as the delivery and installation in the amount of $10,700 after they completed installation. They issued a 1 year warranty. 1 month after installation leaks were discovered and Rocky Mountain responded promptly to repair the leaks and replace the lost freon. The units did not properly cool after this repair, however. Rocky Mountain responded 3 more times to fix the issues. However they were not able to get the unit working properly. It won't take the freezer below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. The last time Rocky Mountain responded to our pleas for help was March 24, 2025, which was a text stating they would come add freon to the unit the week of March 24. They did not come and since have not responded to any texts or phone calls. We are asking that they honor the 1 year warranty on the units and either replace or repair them properly. If they are not able to replace or repair, then we are asking for a refund.
