We are extremely impressed with Priority Property Management's quick response times and professionalism. They inherited a poorly managed HOA from the previous management company, but they are swiftly turning things around at the **************************. They are completing work that is long overdue. They responded so quickly when I requested for work done to be done. They are helping through the process of preparing his condo for sale while we focus our energies on taking care of my uncle's health. The board approved our request the same day after we attended the weekly board meeting. Everyone on the board seemed very pleased with Priority Property Management, and I wish they'd been hired years ago. I highly recommend working with ****** at Priority Property Management. She is very patient, kind, professional and easy to work with. The only reason my uncle is selling his property is because he had to move into assisted living nearby. ****** has been very thoughtful to follow up to ask about my uncle's health and even sent him a nice card. Priority Property Management is taking exceptional care of restoring the reserves, while simultaneously they are responsibly taking care of the things that need to be fixed. They aren't always working with the lowest bidder either because they want reputable work done that will last. We are impressed and appreciative of the staff at Priority Property Management.

This management company is working very hard to return our HOA community to livable standards. Previous Boards used their power for their own property improvement and those of the people who supported them. The rest of the owners were left high and dry and as a result our HOA is in dire need of repair and maintenance. Priority is a quality company with impeccable credentials and has already started moving us in the right direction. The former board members, who have either been recalled and voted out or whose terms have expired, are still trying to undermine the integrity of the management company. Priority is highly rated in this state and city and they know rules, regulations, and community and state laws. Our HOA will be saved by their expertise, but it will take time. We are blessed to have them.

Priority Property Management's overall customer service is extremely poor. Customer phone messages are not returned in a timely manner. E-mail responses have been unprofessional, combative, and condescending. Priority has displayed an inability to; multi-task, manage their time efficiently, or prioritize tasks. Priority has, on more than one occasion, threatened to resign if their beliefs, ideas, or opinions are not followed. Priority has advised the ***** of ********* any time spent responding to customer complaints will be charged back at an hourly rate to the Association regarding any issues or policies the ***** and Priority may not be in agreement. Priority has not adhered to HOA governing documents or the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act regarding revisions to Rules and Regulations, or persons eligible to be a member of the ***** of *********. It is approaching 30 days the ***** of ********* has not been at quorum, and Priority has taken no action to protect the interests of the Association.

    This is an invalid complaint.
This is an ex-Board member who was just recently recalled by 67 out of 134 owners because he and his wife have taken turns on the Board for the last 15 years. During that time, they have only been concerned with intimidating and harassing owners every single morning at 5 AM for violations, fining owners, which did not follow state laws. PPM had to remove 18 fines that had been assessed by the Riffles contradictory to the new laws from August 2022. If anyone violated CCIOA it is these two ex-Board members, it was PPM who informed them they were operating outside of the law.Mrs. ******* excuse is we did not know. Board members are required to actively educate themselves, not knowing is not an excuse. The truth is, they did not care and still do not care about anything but being in power over all the owners.
These two ex-board members deliberately ignored repair requests from owners they did not like. The communitys insurance carrier canceled the insurance policy due to the amount of deferred maintenance which is upwards of $500k. Animals have been chewing into peoples homes and living in walls and attics for years, but the Board would not do anything. The association has spent at least $20k on animal infestation and repairs on 13 units in the last 4 months, which the owners have been reporting to these two ex-board members for years. The Riffles ignored the owners request, instead ***************** continues to feed all wildlife causing animals to be aggressive and dependent on the food, then they eat into the buildings. ***************** was on the news KKTV in 2017 because she feeds the wildlife and refuses to stop. Last week the manager removed 7 feeding bowls from around their unit and sent the ****** a violation letter.  They have been asked by management, the current president, and all of the owners to stop feeding the wildlife but they feel as if the rules do not apply to them and continue to put out food.
PPM has done nothing but protect the association and its owners from these two ex-board members. We have returned all calls and emails from all owners, even from the Riffles. The owners in the community feel differently than the Riffles.
Since the removal of ****************, two other Board members did not come or call into the last meeting, this resulted in quorum not being met, this is not PPMs fault, and no laws have been broken. There is an election meeting at the end of November to elect owners who will do what is best for the community as a whole, not just for some.
This is complaint was solely for the purpose of harassment and revenge because the ************** ability to harass and intimidate the owners is coming to an end.
