    I am a single women on disability I rented a roll off. . which was the wrong size for my project they refused to bring me another to correct the problem told me THEY SUGGEST I USE IT NO REFUND GIVEN I even offered to pay for one day . This company picked up the empty roll off I had less then 24hrs hours at 637am the next morning and I never used it they told me to make sure it was clean which I did. I assumed they would charge me for one day I understand even though I didnt use it.... but they kept my ****** dollars for 7 days of use ...I never used their product at all and they are extremely rude before I could even explain to them sometimes I don't understand what is explained to me because of my MS the lady was so mean and said what does that have to do with this.... very nasty I wanted to explain well it's possible I ************* the size or the sales rep ************* me Im not sure and I apologize but I didn't get the chance ....she was horrible to me I feel one day rental I am responsible for but I could not use their product so why do I loose all my money?

    ******, we talked through your project a few different times and given the heavy material of the sod you were disposing of, using a sod cutter, we gave you the appropriate size dumpster that can accommodate that heavy material. As stated on the phone and in the terms and conditions you signed, the rental period is for up to 7 days. We recommended that you keep it for your rental period and were met with anger. As per your text requesting a pick up, we accommodated your request, and picked the dumpster up.

    Below is the text from you:

    Please make sure that it is removed no later than 5-24-2023 by early morning as you stated on the phone it was going to be added to the pick up roster, as it was delivered today 5-23-2023 and we will not be using this service due to it not being what we needed/requested for our project. Thank you

    We did everything on our end in a timely manner that you asked of us.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did not write that text or email they sent you can you kindly ask them who they got this from? It was not from me. They told me make sure it was clean that's all and gave me no other option. And why in the world would I throw away new sod? It was weeds and a dead ****.
