            I went to have a couple cavities filled. The Dentist did the drilling and the tech did the rest. The Dentist never came back to the room to check her work. The tech seemed to have trouble filing down the filling. One tooth continued to give me problems after so I went back to have it checked. They said the tooth was just inflamed. I was in ** for work so when I returned home in Nov. I had my Dentist check the tooth out and she said the filling was not done correct. When she started to fool with it the whole filling came apart. I have called the office every day for weeks when I finally got a response from the office Mgr. she agreed and was going to give me a credit which I have not see yet. I have continued to email them with no response. Because of their sub standard work I had to pay to have the tooth redone.

            We had dental work completed (tooth implant) at All Smiles Dental Group. Within the 5 year warranty period it failed. The All Smiles dental group acknowledged the failure and instructed us to seek restitution/refund from the dentist who was no longer employed at the clinic where the procedures were performed. All Smiles acknowledged the issue, but informed us that since the dentist no longer worked in the clinic they were not responsible for the warranty coverage. We are retired military and will be paying over $2000 to have the tooth repaired again, instead of All Smiles covering the warranty. We tried for 2 months (10+ emails and 5+ phone calls) to remedy the issue. Unfortunately, All Smiles dental group does not stand behind dentists in their employment. All of the other services they provided were acceptable, this is the only issue we have had.
