      Lot rent has risen $135 in about 1-1/2 yrs. without any consideration for long term low income/retired/fixed income residents. Since acquiring the property in Aug 2021 no improvements have been done. Trees are not being trimmed, no repairs to the road, no enforcement of at large animals or use of fireworks in the park. We were much better off with mom & pop resident owners!

      We understand your concern and frustration with the rent increase, and we certainly understand. However, each and every year we review our operating costs for the Community which can include utilities, insurance, property taxes, operation expenses, market trends, economic growth, and other factors. We also look at our current lot rental rates and compare them to rates in the surrounding market and other local communities.       Impact focuses on dog ownership; however, cats are a big problem of which management claims their hands are tied. Cat owners should keep their pets inside, ************* them, confine them to their owners' ************* fines on those that don't comply. The number of cats in this community far exceeds the number of dogs. I would say maybe 5 times the number. Every lot is a litterbox!
