    Employees were not to much of my problem it's the buisness and policy and or the unfair way of buisness as well as no one above to contact. I had a unit that was up for auction I was able to come and pay the balance off and clear from being auctioned off. The amount was 900 which was from a third party my original balance pass due was 400. 1 week after clearing the balance I recieve a call from the manager stating that I'm now passed due 800 and it needs to be paid before April 18. Or it will be auctioned off. Balance was high due to a charge back from the year before in Nov. Which there system won't let them change any past fees or amounts but mind you I just cleared the old balance which should have cleared anything.. NO my unit was up for auction again. Becoming homeless after my dad just passed is why my stuff was stored in the first place and all the belongings were very valuable. Now they ended up auctioned my unit off exactly 1 month from when I cleared the balance and requested for the pictures and documents that have no value to anyone else were not given to me. I have an email stating to come and pick them up they have it..Still have no recieve them... timeline of 4 months they expected me to pay ******* for a unit that was only 400 past due...and ************************************* good standing ....how were they still able to sell it...tell me what you think
