"BCD refused to pick up my trash 2 weeks in a row with the excuse that it was "too heavy," though they would never tell me what "too heavy" meant. They can sure tell you when a payment is late, or what holidays they observe, but "too heavy?" ... Read full review

"Has anyone had any luck getting this company to answer their phone or return voicemails, since thats about all you can do when you call? Id like to cancel my service, which Im sure theyre aware of since the know they have not picked up my garbage and the one time they did answer the phone they told me a straight out lie." ... "Horrible experience trash isent picked up weeks skipped and not only that they broke my trash can called was on hold 30 minutes just to get hung up on not once but three times by the same person who just kept hanging up everytime I call they say their is no manager on duty to call back tomorrow I do that and again no manager on duty the customer service is awfull the rudeness to customers after they are the ones who missed a day or damaged my bins i recomend never using this company ever!" ...
