1 starThis is really scam. The company charged $49.95 for changes address. When I filled out the form it was $4.95 , after that in my bank account I showed $49.95. I called them, phone busy. I requested refund, no answer.Review fromDebbie S.

1 starZero stars! I was on the **** Website to do an address change and although I can never remember doing a change and costing $, it said it was a $4.95 charge. I checked by bank account for a pending charge and it was $49.95 to do address change. I have requested a refund. **************** # just gives busy signal all day. ****!Review fromGail M

1 starIf I could, I would leave ZERO STARS. They overcharged me by $50 and when I asked for a refund of the overage, they said they would refund all except a $5 fee for the inconvenience of the refund. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE! Do not use Address Genie unless you like getting ripped off.
